Teach Me Again Homeschool Consignment & Resale "TMA" and "consignee"

I. Location

A. Online store

B. pop-up events

C. Vendor fairs

II. Consignment terms

A. Items will be used for educational purposes in a homeschool and/or public-school setting.

B. TMA will price items according to demand, usefulness and condition.

C. Consignment payment terms are 70/30 split, consignee/consignor.

D. TMA will list, describe, price, and ship items which sell and will calculate consignment fees based on subtotal of each purchased item.

E. After 60 days if item hasn't sold, the price will be marked 10% off. Items will be marked a further sale price determined by TMA after another 30 days.

F. Items which do not sell within 6 months of being listed will be returned to consignor. If not picked up within 14 days, items will become property of TMA.

G. Consignment payouts will be each month unless other terms are worked out individually. Each consignor will choose terms for payouts.

III. Returns/Exchanges/Termination

A. No returns. Items will become consigned items for customer and customer will become consignor and under consignment terms.

B. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

C. In the event you wish to terminate your consignment during the consignment period, a written request to terminate (email, text, letter) must be provided with the date the termination is to take place. All consigned items remaining will be returned within a reasonable time.

IV. Miscellaneous

A. All consigned items will be stored and kept at personal residence of TMA (Shelley Turner), in Scroggins, TX.

B. In the case of a pop-up event or vendor fair, consigned items may be transported to another location for set-up and sold.

C. In case of fire or other disaster which would cause the destruction of consigned items, Shelley Turner, DBA Teach Me Again Homeschool Consignment & Resale will not be held liable for financial loss to consignors, in whole or in part. Nothing will be owed to consignors except that which had already been sold, assuming payment had not already been made.

D. Teach Me Again Homeschool Consignment & Resale is an American and a Christian institution which reserves the right, under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, to the freedom of religion and "the free exercise thereof...".

E. As a protected American and Christian institution, TMA also reserves the right to refuse anything offered for consignment that is offensive. This includes, but not limited to the following:

1. anything which supports homosexuality.

2. anything which supports transgenderism.

3. anything which supports the false narrative of the LGBTQ.... movement.

4. anything which supports the false narrative of BLM (Black Lives Matter) or Antifa, or any other domestic or foreign terrorist group.
